After four generations of producing traditional pomace brandies, the time had come to also produce a pomace brandy that combined the best of a traditional brandy with more modern details, without losing the soul of a pure Portuguese pomace brandy, specifically from Bairrada. The best grape pomace from the vinification of the best Baga wines of Bairrada was selected, and the entire vinification and maturation process was carefully monitored.
