Color: Wine with vibrant, youthful red fruit.

Aroma: The floral and fresh character stands out.

Taste: On the palate it is smooth, yet full-bodied, with a fresh and persistent finish, showing a good balance between natural acidity and structure. It has a mineral character, but is uncomplicated and straightforward.

Pairing: Goes well with meat dishes, sausages, and aged cheese.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, clean, well-ventilated place with normal, moderate temperature and constant humidity conditions.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested from younger vines. The grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes. This is followed by total destemming, crushing, and transfer to stainless steel tanks where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of around 24 to 26°C with careful maceration until all sugars are exhausted. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to another stainless steel tank and remains there until the end of malolactic fermentation. It ages only in stainless steel until bottling. Afterwards, it undergoes only a light fining with vegetal agents and then filtration immediately before bottling to preserve its full aromatic potential. Thus, being a product with only natural stabilization, it is susceptible to sediment formation over time in the bottle. A blend of various grape varieties in almost equal percentages.
