Ginja (or Ginjinha) is a cherry berry liqueur, created centuries ago in Portugal with roots in monastic tradition. A very popular ethnic drink. Contains water, sugar, alcohol, natural cherry flavoring, food coloring, and cherry. Brown in color, with notes of cherry, vanilla, and spices; smooth, soft, and balanced on the palate.
