On the palate, it is quite solid with persistent yet rounded tannins, finishing long and enveloping.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e After working seven harvests as a winemaker at Real Companhia Velha, Jorge Moreira felt the need to start an individual project where he could apply his ideas and control the entire production process.
