Exam Notes

Color: Deep straw yellow

Aroma: Fresh fruit (peach, mango and pineapple), honey, mocha and vanilla.

Palate: On tasting, it is a wine with great body, supported by a flavorful and refreshing acidity.

Pairing: Ideal accompaniment to oily fish, medium-intensity meats, and high-intensity cheeses.

Serving: Serve at 10°C

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermented at a controlled temperature, this white wine is made from the Códega do Larinho (80%) and Viosinho (20%) grape varieties and aged in French oak barrels (50% new) with regular battonage for 18 months.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
