Exam Notes

On the nose , spices like cinnamon and vanilla stand out. Quite complex, highlighting varietal aromas, as well as some dried fruits, hazelnut and almond. On the palate, it offers vibrant acidity and the aromas are well present. Full-bodied, mineral and with a long finish. The touch of oak provides structure on the palate, offering elegance and balance.

Winemaking:

White wine made from Alvarinho grapes grown exclusively in Monção and Melgaço. Grapes with high acidity levels and good ripeness, from old vines over 14 years old. It is a wine made in the old style, extracting more color and tannins through contact with the skins during vinification. A different and unique way to explore the maximum potential of the Alvarinho grape variety.
