This organic wine is young and harmonious, with fresh red fruit and smooth tannins, well expressing the "terroir" of the Beira Interior region.

Grape varieties: 85% Tinta Roriz and 15% Rufete.

Winemaking:

The grapes were harvested and quickly transported to the winery, where they were pressed whole without destemming for about 4-5 hours in order to obtain a richer and fresher must. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 14°C for 4 weeks. After fermentation, the wine aged on its lees until bottling.
