Color: bright and citrusy with greenish undertones.

Aroma: a fresh fragrance of citrus and tropical fruits.

Palate: complex, balanced and fresh. Long and elegant finish.

Pairing: Goes well with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats, and as an aperitif.

Service: Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Winemaking: Produced from the Arinto, Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach their ideal ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

Stage: This is followed by aging on fine lees for nine months with regular bâtonnage.
