Aroma: On the nose it shows notes of dried and raisined fruit, plum, fig, some dried vegetables, undergrowth and a very unique refinement.

Palate: On the palate it is well-structured, with breadth, quality fruit and a classic character. Immense tannins, long and persistent finish.

Pairing: This wine goes very well with red meats, roast beef, and grilled meats.

Service: Serve between 16 and 18 degrees.
