Color: Citrine.

Aroma: Fruity, reminiscent of stone fruit and citrus, with a slight mineral note.

Palate: Fine and persistent bubbles. Balanced mouthfeel, refreshing acidity, enveloping, with a long and harmonious finish.

Pairing: Goes well with all types of appetizers, roasted meats, cheeses, desserts, and fruit (cherries, strawberries).

Storage: Store immediately or within 2 years at an ideal temperature of 8ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually and destemmed, then subjected to gentle pressing. After cold settling, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts, and alcoholic fermentation takes place for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC. The second fermentation occurs using the classic method, in a cellar at a controlled temperature of 14ºC where it remains for a minimum of 12 months.
