Pairing: Goes well with seafood, fish, pasta, white meats, and Asian cuisine.

Storage: Immediate or within 2 years.

Serving: Ideal temperature of 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually and destemmed, then gently pressed. The must is inoculated with selected yeasts, and fermentation takes place over 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
