Aroma: Fruity, with notes of red berries and a slight floral touch.

Palate: Slightly sweet, good acidity, elegant, with a soft and velvety finish.

Pairing: Goes well with seafood dishes, fish, pasta, and white meats.

Storage: Use immediately or within 2 years.

Serving: Ideal temperature of 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually and destemmed, then subjected to gentle pressing. Inoculated with selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation takes place over 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
