Tasting Notes

Color: Citrine

Aroma: Elegant, with notes of citrus, stone fruit and slight minerality.

Palate: Balanced and complex, with balanced acidity, enveloping and persistent finish.

Food pairing: Accompanies seafood dishes, fatty fish, white meats and soft cheeses.

Storage: Immediate or within 2 years.

Serving: Ideal temperature of 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, then subjected to gentle pressing. The must is inoculated with selected yeasts, with fermentation taking place over 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
