Tasting Notes

Color:  Citrine with golden nuances

Aroma:  Complex and elegant, with notes of wood and vanilla integrated with citrus and stone fruit.

Palate:  Balanced and complex, with balanced acidity, enveloping and persistent finish.

Food Pairing:  Pairs well with seafood, fatty fish, and grilled meats. 

Storage:  Immediate or within 5 years

Serving:  Ideal temperature of 10-12ºC.

Winemaking:   The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed, then subjected to gentle pressing. Inoculated with selected yeasts, fermentation takes place for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
