Tasting Notes

Color:  Garnet red.

Aroma:  Complex with notes of vanilla and chocolate well integrated with aromas of red and wild berries.

Palate: Good structure, with soft tannins, balanced acidity, good mouthfeel and a long finish.

Food pairing:  Accompanies game dishes, roasted or grilled red meats.

Storage:  Immediate or within 8 years 

Serving:  Ideal temperature of 12-14ºC.

Vinification:   Grapes picked manually and partially destemmed, alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 22 and 25ºC with selected yeasts. Followed by 8 months aging in American oak.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
