Aroma: Very aromatic, with herbaceous and balsamic notes.

Taste: Rich and complex with a very elegant acidity. Aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamic notes.

Harmonization: Game dishes, red meats, and stews.

Winemaking: Hand-harvested with selection on the plot. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel with whole berries and 20% of the stems. 30-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Internship: Aged for 12 months in 5000L French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
