COLOR: Light pink with salmon tones

AROMA: Fresh with notes of red fruits and citrus.

PALATE: Intense and engaging with notes of red fruits. Fresh, creamy and mineral.

Food pairing: Grilled fish, seafood, sushi and salads

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Direct pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel and part of the wine in barrels

Aging: 10% of the wine aged 4 months in French oak barrels
