Color: Citrus yellow with golden hues

Aroma: Great aromatic complexity suggesting dried fruits and honey notes.

Palate: Fresh attack, fine acidity, and pronounced body. Quite mineral and harmonious. Long finish.

Food Pairing: White meats, seasoned fish, cod, and seafood

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks (50%) and in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days.

Aging: 50% of the wine was aged in used French oak barrels

Alcohol Content: 12.50% vol.
