Aroma: Complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers and spices well integrated with notes of vanilla

Palate: Round, rich, and voluminous. Balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish.

Food Pairing: Game dishes, red meats and stews

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in lagares with mechanical foot treading. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels

Aging: 50% of the wine aged 6 months in cask

Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
