Tasting Notes

COLOR: Yellow with golden hues
AROMA: Aromas of peach, apricot, green apple, pear, and citrus fruits. Some
notes of white flowers, such as jasmine or orange blossom.
PALATE: Elegant, with a mineral touch and some salinity

Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled fish, and soft cheeses

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. The grapes are gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery, without skin maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 15 days.

Aging: This wine aged for 4 months “sur lies”.

Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol.
