Color: Ruby with violet reflections.

Aroma: Complex aroma of red berries and orange peel with toasted notes.

Taste: Round, rich and full-bodied. Balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish.

Pairing: Mediterranean food in general, pasta, lamb, white meats, and soft cheeses.

Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting at night. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC - 28ºC) in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staves.

Aging: 9 months in 400L French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
