A batch of brandies obtained from the distillation of excellent Bairrada wines, with an average aging time of 17 years in French Limousin oak casks. These casks were slowly split during their long aging process, which greatly contributed to their finesse and delicacy.

Exam Notes

Color: Topaz color

Aroma: Rich and intense aroma, with ethereal notes of toasted oak, vanilla, hazelnut, dried fig and a slight toasting.

Taste: It has a very velvety and smooth attack, subsequently developing into a warm, alcoholic sensation, and finally, through retronasal inhalation, confirming the aromatic notes of wood and vanilla.

Pairing: Good as a digestif after a good meal and accompanied by a fine cigar.
Conservation: It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10 and 20º and avoiding direct light.

 Service: Serve in a brandy glass at room temperature, never above 20°C.
