Taste: Powerful, concentrated and dense, with a strong durian personality, it balances with a touch of freshness and minerality that already make for a good tasting experience. What stands out are the fine and elegant tannins.

Pairing: This wine pairs well with red meats, roast beef, and grilled meats.

Conservation: Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Winemaking: Chryseia was vinified with prolonged macerations, Bordeaux style, in the small, specialized winery of Roriz.

Internship: Aged in new 400-liter French oak barrels for 14 months in a schist warehouse.
