Aroma: A wine with a youthful and fresh palate, with toasted and fruity aromas.

Taste: It showcases the freshness and minerality of the grape variety in balance with good acidity and body, giving it great gastronomic potential.

Pairing: This is a gastronomic wine that can accompany various types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses.

Service: Serve at 10ºC

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, clean, well-ventilated place with normal, moderate temperature and constant humidity conditions.

Winemaking: The harvest is done by hand, and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes. This is followed by total destemming, cold crushing, pressing, and decantation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The completely clean must is then transferred to other stainless steel tanks where fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of around 15°C. It is then transferred to French oak barrels until the end of alcoholic fermentation. Afterwards, the wine remains in the barrels for a few more months with light "batonnage" on fine lees. When preparing for bottling, it undergoes only a light fining with mineral agents and then filtration immediately before bottling to preserve its full aromatic potential.

Aging: Due to the characteristics of the grape variety and winemaking processes, we have a white wine that can be drunk now but also has good aging potential in the bottle, where it will increase its complexity on the palate and nose.
