Tasting Notes

Colour:  Clear appearance with citrus nuances.

Aroma:   Fruity, fresh and young aromas, with floral, citrus and mineral notes and light tropical notes.

Palate:  Fresh, with good acidity and some body, combined with a fruity and smooth palate.

Food Pairing:  Can accompany various types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes or light appetizers.

Serving:  Serve at 8 to 10ºC 

Storage:   Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place away from light, with normal conditions of mild and constant temperature and humidity.

Winemaking: The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes. This is followed by total destemming, crushing, pressing and decantation in a cold stainless steel tank. The completely clean must is then transferred to other stainless steel tanks where it ferments at a controlled temperature of around 15°C until all the sugars are exhausted. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains in stainless steel until preparation for bottling, when it undergoes only a slight fining with mineral agents and then filtration immediately before bottling to preserve its full aromatic potential. Product with natural stabilization only.

Aging:  White wine for drinking young.
