Aroma: Expressive with notes of red fruit, raspberry, currant and strawberry jam.

Palate: Fresh with a pronounced acidity, fine tannins, and great gastronomic potential.

Service: 12 to 14 degrees Celsius

Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with skin contact until the 4th day. Controlled temperature between 18º-20º. Duration of 20 days.

Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks. 2 months in bottles.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
