A wine made from overripe grapes left to ripen over time and harvested at the end of November 2017.

Slow fermentation without temperature control, allowing everything to unfold naturally with minimal intervention. This resulted in an earthy aroma reminiscent of the grape variety it's made from. The root that connects and touches, nature in its purest form.
