Exam Notes

In a deep, golden-red color, aromas of spices with vanilla and a touch of curry rise. It is a wine that lingers on the palate and persists, releasing strong aromas of vanilla and dried fruit. Aging in cask reveals a wine with a rounded structure.

Production Technology: In leaching vats with self-vinification systems and controlled temperature. Aged for 5 years in wood.
