Aroma: Intense ripe fruit and floral notes.

Palate: Good structure and body, very smooth tannins, enveloping finish.

Pairing: To accompany meat and game dishes, sausages and cheese.

Service: It should be consumed at 16-18°C.

Winemaking: After careful selection and manual harvesting, the grapes undergo crushing and total destemming. This is followed by a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration period at 30°C. Selected yeasts are used to induce alcoholic fermentation, which takes place between 22-24°C for a minimum of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation is induced with temperature control.
