Messala Alvarinho Sparkling Wine is produced with 100% Alvarinho grapes using the classic method of bottle fermentation in a cellar at a temperature of 14ºC and aged for 9 months on the lees.

Exam Notes

It presents a citrine color, with fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma reveals the fruit of the grape variety, fresh and elegant, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. On the palate, it shows persistence and complexity.

Pairing: Perfect to accompany appetizers, fish and meat dishes, seafood, and Asian cuisine.

Service: It should be consumed fresh, between 6-8ºC.
