Citrine in color, the wine initially presents itself as very discreet and complex with fresh and floral notes evolving into some minerals, more discreet and elegant notes. On the palate it is fresh with very balanced and present acidity. Fine, very elegant and complex, it shows an excellent balance between alcohol, acidity and fruit, and a very fine and very long finish.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and plot in 20kg boxes and cold-pressed at 5/6°C. After being thoroughly drained, they are crushed. The must is gently pressed and decanted until the necessary clarity is achieved. Fermentation takes place at a temperature between 14/16°C in vats for 3 weeks, followed by monthly pump-overs to suspend the lees for approximately 6 months. The wine is then strained before bottling.
