Tasting Notes

Color: Citrus yellow with fine and elegant bubbles

Aroma: Notes of tangerine and apricot stand out in the aroma.

Palate: On the palate, it is complex and creamy with notes of lightly toasted biscuits. Harmonious and prolonged finish.

Vinification: Light pressing, cold decantation. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. The second fermentation lasts 6 months and takes place in stainless steel vats with fine lees and periodic bâtonnage.

Food Pairing: Excellent with canapés, cheeses, pasta, smoked salmon, cod and tuna ceviche, and all red meats seasoned with pink pepper.

Serving: Serve at a temperature between 6⁰ and 8⁰C.
