Exam Notes

Color: Deep garnet with brownish hues

Aroma: Ripe red fruits with hints of spice.

Palate: Intense flavor with high-quality, soft tannins. Well-balanced with the oak.

Pairing: Goes well with chicken, pork, oily fish, and soft cheeses.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Storage: Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Winemaking: Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration.

Aging: In French oak barrels for 18 months.
