Color: Straw with greenish reflections

Aroma: Citrus blossoms with hints of apple.

Taste: Creamy texture with balanced acidity. Fresh with an intense finish.

Pairing: Goes well with fried and grilled fish, sushi, and chicken.

Service: Serve at a temperature between 7°C and 9°C.

Conservation: Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Winemaking: Pressing followed by settling for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Storage on fine lees in stainless steel.

Aging: The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
