Exam Notes

Color: Deep Red

Aroma: Intense, with jammy notes, where raspberry stands out. A good match with the wood.

Taste: It presents itself as ample, with freshness. Firm and ripe tannins. Good persistence.

Pairing: Goes well with chicken, pork, oily fish, and soft cheeses.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Conservation: Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C.

Winemaking: Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration.

Internship: Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
