Color: Wine with a citrus color.

Aroma: Light and fresh, it presents aromas of white-fleshed fruit, with a light floral note.

Taste: On the palate it presents a balanced acidity, with a somewhat persistent finish.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood dishes and salads. Should be consumed chilled, at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are carefully pressed at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and stabilized by cold treatment.
