100% Verdelho, from Ribeira da Janela, from different harvest years and with an average age of 10 years. Open vat vinification with controlled fermentation and temperature.

The precious heritage left by previous generations, aged in our cellars, has made this wine an excellent nectar to be enjoyed simply, as an aperitif, to accompany a refined soup, a sweet and sour appetizer, or fresh tropical fruits.

Exam Notes

Color: Amber with golden undertones and orange reflections.

Aroma: Citrus and intense, complex, ethereal woody bouquet with iodine notes, dried fruit, and spice.

Taste: Medium-dry, with well-structured acidity and body, balanced sweetness, and firm tannins. Notes of honey, toast, dried fruit, and some spice.

Pairing: A wine for any occasion, especially at the end of a meal and particularly good for special occasions.

Service: As an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 10ºC. As a dessert wine, serve at 16ºC.

Winemaking: Aged for at least 10 years in oak barrels.
