Winemaking: After destemming and gentle crushing, cold maceration was adapted to each grape variety, lasting 5 days for Touriga Nacional and 2 days for Aragonez. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (24°C) to preserve freshness. The wines remained in post-fermentation maceration for approximately 21 days, and after malolactic fermentation, the wines aged in French oak barrels. The Syrah variety, in turn, completed alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also took place. The best wines were selected and aged for about 21 months in 225-liter French oak barrels (50% new). The final blend was created after careful selection, confirmed by numerous tastings carried out during the wine's maturation process. 7230 bottles were produced.
