Aroma: With notes of ripe fruit and chocolate.

Palate: Intense flavor, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

Harmonization: Pair with well-seasoned meats, pasta, and cheeses. Serve at 16ºC.

Service: Serve at 16ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed but not crushed and underwent cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24ºC with daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
