Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby with violet reflections

Aroma: Complex aroma of red fruits with earthy and balsamic notes.

Palate: Remarkable freshness, excellent structure and balance, and very well-integrated tannins. Complex finish showing great elegance.

Food pairing: Red meats, lamb, game dishes, and soft cheeses.

Aging: 18 months in 5000L French oak vats

Vinification: Manual harvest with selection in the plot. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts with controlled temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel with whole berries and 20% of stems. Maceration for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak vats.

Alcohol content: 15% vol.
