Color: Ruby with violet reflections

Aroma: A complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers, and spices, well integrated with notes of vanilla.

Taste: Round, rich and full-bodied. Balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish.

Pairing: Game dishes, red meats and stews

Winemaking: Hand-harvested. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC - 28ºC) in lagares with mechanical treading. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Aging: 9 months in 400L French oak barrels.
