Winemaking: Hand-harvested. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC - 28ºC) in lagares with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aging: 24 months in French oak
