Tasting Notes

Colour: Intense garnet

Aroma: Exuberant and complex aroma of black fruits well integrated with notes of menthol and tobacco.

Palate: Remarkable freshness, excellent tannin structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance and persistence.

Food Pairing: Soft cheeses, stews, cured meats and red meats.

Vinification:Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48h. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in lagares with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aging: 12 Months in 400L barrels and 6 months in 5000L vats
