A small, traditional copper still, made by artisans in Portugal, is used, giving it all the characteristic features of a purely handcrafted product. Everything here is made in a pure, artisanal way, by Manuel and his family.

I'MaGin is created from infusions of 16 botanicals, mostly traditional to the Ribatejo region, with a particular focus on native aromatic herbs from the Serras D'Aire e Candeeiros National Park, such as rosemary, jasmine, and others.

It also combines fruit from the Ribatejo floodplain such as tomatoes, strawberries, peaches, and citrus fruits from the sandy areas. This results in a unique aroma and flavor in this distillate.

The aromas of ash and pink peppercorns growing in the backyard add a special touch. sul generis . The neutral alcohol used is rice alcohol from our plains.

Approximate production of 150 bottles per month.

Exam Notes

Color: Crystalline

Taste: Dry, slightly acidic, and with an almost resinous touch. Full of aromas and flavors from the Ribatejo region.

Service: Simple, just with ice and a good tonic water, or with orange peel and pink peppercorns.
