The reserve cuvée is the result of a blend of two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay from 20 different plots in Verzy and Verzenay from the 2012 harvest, as well as reserve wines.

It is delivered to you after being aged in our chalk cores and ready to be consumed.

Exam Notes

Color: Light gold with fine and regular effervescence.

Aroma: Clean and appealing nose, blending white and red fruits with some evolving notes (nuts, curry).

Taste: A meaty, fresh, and crisp attack, followed by a more lively evolution, which presents a good overall balance.

Pairing: Essential as an aperitif, it will surprise you with white meats such as roast veal with mushrooms.

Serving suggestion: The champagne should be served chilled, but not ice-cold (8°).
