Messala Alvarinho Trajadura is produced in the Monção wine sub-region from the Alvarinho (80%) and Trajadura (20%) grape varieties. The exceptional location of the vineyards, with an average age of over 15 years, the combination of natural factors, soil and climate, and the expertise of a generation of winegrowers, are the reasons that allow the production of this white wine of remarkable and distinct quality.

Exam Notes

Clear, citrine color. Very fruity and smooth with good structure and a long finish.

Pairing: Excellent with fish and seafood dishes.

Service: It should be consumed fresh, between 10-12ºC.

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually into 15kg capacity boxes that are quickly transported to the winery. After complete destemming and pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
