Color: Pale citrine

Aroma: Pronounced fruity, rustic and citrus notes, with some floral hints.

Palate: It presents itself as very fresh, structured, with volume and a balanced finish, and a typical slight salty and mineral touch. The Arinto is very present, with its marked acidity, as well as its freshness and citrus character typical of the terroir and grape variety.

Due to the characteristics of the grape variety and winemaking processes, we have a white wine that can be drunk now but also has good aging potential in the bottle, where it will increase its complexity on the palate and nose.

Pairing: This is a gastronomic wine that can accompany various types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses.

Serving temperature: Serve at 8-10ºC.

Storage: Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, clean, well-ventilated place with normal, moderate temperature and constant humidity conditions.
