Tasting Notes

Color: Citrus appearance

Aroma: Wine with fruity aromas and citrus notes. Notes of some toastiness and sweetness from the partial barrel aging.

Palate: On the palate, it is fresh, structured, with volume, a balanced finish, and a slight salty touch. Over time, it can develop some toasted and tea notes. The structure, delicacy, and volume of Encruzado are present, as are its freshness and mineral character. Monte da Ria Reserva Branco 2020 stands out for its complexity and elegance.

Food Pairing: A gastronomic wine, it can accompany various types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses. The versatility of Monte da Ria Reserva Branco 2020 makes it an excellent choice for various occasions.

Serving: Serve at 8 to 10ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a place protected from light, clean, airy, and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Aging: Due to the characteristics of the grape variety and winemaking processes, we have a white wine that can be drunk now but also has good aging capabilities in the bottle, where it will increase its complexity on the palate and nose.
