Taste: On the palate it is fresh and persistent, showing a good balance between natural acidity and body. The mineral and salty character of our terroir is very present in the wine's freshness.

Serving suggestion: Serve chilled as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, or white meats. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.

Aging: For immediate consumption or storage for up to 2 years. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a dark, clean, well-ventilated place with normal, moderate temperature and humidity conditions.
