Exam Notes

With a tropical, citrusy and quite mineral aroma, it is a fresh and exuberant wine, with a marked but balanced acidity.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. At the winery, they are fully destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. The must then goes into a stainless steel tank at low temperatures to decant, and after 48 hours it is racked and fermentation begins at around 14°C for a period of 10 to 15 days.

Suggestion: It is recommended to consume it at 10-12°C. It pairs well with shellfish, grilled and roasted fish.
